Cancellation and Refund Policies
Our policy is flexible, allowing for unexpected changes fairly and openly. We understand that situations can change, and our flexible policies give you confidence and support during your conference. For more information, please see the following guidelines:
Cancellation Terms:
If cancellation occurs 120 days before the conference date, an administrative fee of $200 will be charged, and the balance will be refunded.
Cancellations made 100 days before the event are non-refundable. However, registration fees can be carried over to the next scheduled event or put into a credit shell for future use.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days of receiving a cancellation notice.
Exceptional Circumstances & Force Majeure
Should there be unexpected or uncontrollable events occurring from natural catastrophes such as storms, strikes, terrorism, and political tensions that could disrupt this event, the following would hold applicable:
The organizing parties accept no responsibility should they choose to postpone or cancel rescheduled events due to circumstances deemed irresistible at the time such circumstances prevailed, such as storms, strikes, military operations, or activities like terrorism.
The participants registered in advance can carry forward the registration fee and accommodation charges for any of the events Precision Global Conferences conducts later.
