Registration Includes
The 3rd Edition of the Addiction World Conference (AWC 2025) is a world forum for progressing addiction science & treatment and an event engineered to offer a smooth and rewarding experience for all attendees. Below are important details to assist you in planning your experience efficiently.

For On-Site Participants:
- Access to All Sessions– Join keynote addresses, scientific talks, poster sessions, and access to the exhibition space.
- Conference Materials – Get necessary materials, such as a name tag, program brochure, and official Abstract Book.
- Certificate – Get an official accreditation certificate for presentation and attendance.
- Networking & Promotion – Get visibility via conference website and social media promotion.
- Group Registration Privileges– Get unique advantages for group registrations.
For Virtual Participants
- Live Access – Participate in all conference sessions virtually from anywhere globally.
- Digital Conference Materials – Get a soft copy of the program and Abstract Book.
- E-Certificate – Obtain an official e-certificate for participation or presentation.
Note: Attendees registered under the “Delegate/Listener” or “Accompanying” categories are not eligible to present research in oral or poster sessions. Delegate/Listener is allowed to attend all the conference sessions. The accompanying person fee is solely for issuing an invitation and visa support letter and does not include conference access.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Precision Global Conferences has a transparent and organized cancellation policy:
- More than 120 Days Before the Conference – Refunds are possible, with a $200 administrative fee charged.
- Less than 100 Days Before the Conference – There will be no refund, but the registration fee can be carried over to the next event or utilized as credit for the following conference.
Refund Processing Eligible refunds will be processed within 60 days from the date of request cancellation.
Policy in Case of Natural Disasters or Unforeseen Events
In the case of conditions beyond our control, natural calamities, industrial action, acts of terrorism, or other force majeures, the following will hold:
- Conference Status – Organizers may postpone, reschedule, or cancel the event if needed.
- Refunds – Registration and accommodation charges won't be refundable under such situations.
- Alternative Options– Attendees can transfer their registration fees to any other Precision Global Conference or any forthcoming affiliated conference.
- Liability Disclaimer– The organizers are not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or damages sustained before, during, or after the conference.
Visa Support Information
Although Precision Global Conferences (PGC) does not provide visas, we are pleased to issue a Visa Support Letter to help participants with their visa application process.
Eligibility for a Visa Support Letter
To apply for a Visa Support Letter, participants should:
- Be fully registered for AWC 2025.
- Submit a scanned copy of a valid passport (photograph page).
- Provide an endorsement letter from their institution (if possible).
- Apply the request well in advance to ensure no delays in the visa process.
We highly encourage making an early visa application process to facilitate ease of participation in the conference.
