Abstract

1. Addiction Consultations avancees project :
I will present to you the addiction consultation project we have developed for homeless individuals accommodated in emergency shelters in the city of Toulouse, France.
General Objective of the Project: 
Implementation of an outreach initiative addressing addictive behaviors for individuals accommodated in Emergency Accommodation Centers (CHU) and Social Reintegration Centers (CHRS).
This objective is structured around two key components:

• Support and guidance for professional teams through collective awareness sessions on risk behaviors and addictions, harm reduction strategies, and available addiction treatment networks and pathways.
• Outreach to the accommodated populations via individual consultations, either through professional referrals or upon direct request from individuals. Following these consultations and on-site assessments of individuals' situations, a tailored support plan is developed to facilitate access to specialized addiction treatment services.
