Biography
Currently serving as Assistant Registrar (Research) at Sai Nath University, Ranchi, since January 4, 2024. Previously held the position of Assistant Professor-cum-Assistant Registrar and Head of the Postgraduate Department of Psychology at Ramchandra Chandravanshi University, Bishrampur, from January 11, 2023, to January 3, 2024. Associated with Kartik Oraon College (K.O.C.), Ratu, Ranchi—affiliated with Ranchi University—since 2013 as Head and Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology. Engaged in administrative responsibilities at K.O.C. since November 16, 2021, and currently functioning as the Nodal Officer of the institution. Successfully supervised Ph.D. scholar Bahan Sarita Kumari (Registration No.: 1902UDD8001, Session: 2019–2022), who was awarded the Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology. Her viva-voce examination was conducted on December 23, 2023, for her thesis titled “A Psycho-Social Study of Tribal Youth & Its Implications for Human Resource Development.”
