Biography

Dongmei Wang, Ph.D., is an Associate Researcher and Ph.D. Supervisor at the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Her work centers on pathological mechanisms of cognitive impairment in drug addcition and clinical interventions, with emphasis on (1) the role of oxidative stress in drug addiction, and (2) the modulatory effects of non-invasive brain stimulation and its neuroelectrophysiological mechanisms. She has led multiple national and industry-sponsored projects, including a subproject under the National Key R&D Program (Brain Science and Brain-Inspired Intelligence), a National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) grant. She has published over 70 SCI-indexed papers in prestigious journals such as Lancet, Neuropsychopharmacology, Current Neuropharmacology, Psychoneuroendocrinology, and Journal of Clinical Psychiatry, and serves as a reviewer for several domestic and international academic journals.
