Jimmy McGill is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Next Step Recovery Housing in Clarksville, Arkansas, and serves as the Treatment Policy Advisor for Palm Beach Recovery Centers. He is the author and architect of Arkansas’s jail recovery programs, which have transformed correctional settings into pathways for restoration, recovery, and reentry success. A national voice for recovery advocacy, Jimmy travels the country sharing his journey “From Prison to Purpose,” a story of redemption, leadership, and God’s grace. With a social media following of over half a million people, his message of hope, accountability, and transformation reaches audiences far beyond the stage. Jimmy’s work continues to bridge the gap between treatment, recovery, incarceration, and opportunity, helping men and women rebuild their lives with dignity, faith, and purpose.
