Biography

I was born in 1976 in Virovitica, Croatia. I graduated from the Medical Faculty in Zagreb in 2001, became a psychiatrist in 2008, and obtained a PhD in biomedicine and health sciences in 2014. In 2019, I became a subspecialist in psychotherapy after completing training in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy and group analysis. I have worked for many years in psychiatric hospital departments, and for the past year and a half, I have been employed at the Institute of Public Health of Virovitica-Podravina County, where I spend the majority of my working hours dealing with individuals with addiction issues.
